Michael Zimprich a native Wisconsinite, has lived and worked in El Paso since 1994. In that time he developed a wealth of knowledge in El Paso business and real estate.

His real world experience comes from previously working as a Texas Property Tax Consultant, a state-licensed Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, a state-licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, and a state-license real estate salesperson.

Mr. Zimprich was a stockholder and vice president of Complete Home Solutions, Inc., which provided mortgage loans, real estate sales services, and property tax consulting. In addition, he owned and managed West Texas Appraisal. Michael Zimprich, as a landlord himself, has knowledge of landlord/ tenant and also private loan financing
