Tax & Resolution is one of the best tax consulting companies if not the best. They have a capable, professional team and really know their stuff. I was in a bind with the IRS and panicking after I neglected submitting my returns with them for two years. I spoke to one of the consultants from this firm and she was quite helpful on the phone. Her quick response and knowledge gave me a lot of confidence to hire them. They contacted the IRS on my behalf and went over the details with them. One of their accountants worked with me to prepare the returns, which they filed with the IRS. It took about a month for the whole thing to get resolved and we reached an agreement.
