Founded in 2001, Law Offices of Rebecca L. Maxey, LLC, is Alaska’s oldest and largest law firm practicing exclusively immigration and nationality law, as well as related civil litigation. Our clients are predominately individuals seeking to enter or remain in the United States through family-based petitions and applications as spouses, fiancées, children and parents of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents. Over the last decade, we have successfully defended scores of individuals in Removal Proceedings before the Immigration Court, as well as both refugees and asylees seeking protection from persecution overseas. We have represented Alaska Native Corporations and Alaska and Canadian-based businesses providing support services in the oil and natural gas industry, mining industry, arctic construction field, and information technology. It is our aim to use our office and legal skills to provide top quality immigration related legal services to families, businesses, and immigrants throughout Alaska, extending into the Pacific Northwest.
