Kevin McInroy is a partner in the law firm of McInroy, Rigby & Rhodes, L.L.P. He has over thirty (30) years of experience in the private practice of law, representing companies and individuals on a broad spectrum of business matters, including both transactions and litigation in Federal, Virginia, and District of Columbia Courts.
