I represent clients in state criminal courts in Sumner County and throughout Middle Tennessee, including Nashville, Lebanon, Franklin and Murfressboro and the counties of Davidson, Wilson, Williamson, Rutherford Macon and Robertson.

I represent clients who have been charged with:

Assault: If you are accused of violent crimes such as domestic violence, assault, aggravated assault, sexual assault/rape, or battery, you need an attorney who will preserve your freedom through aggressive protection of your rights. This is especially important if you are facing conviction of a sex crime that would require registration as a sex offender. We handle cases ranging from simple assault to aggravated assault or assault with a deadly weapon.

Drug Crimes: Depending on the quantity of drugs involved and the seriousness of the offense, drug crimes can be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony. We handle all levels of drug charges, from simple marijuana possession or other drug possession to drug trafficking or drug manufacturing.

DUI: We handle cases involving DUI/drunk driving, as well as cases involving underage drinking or driving under the influence of drugs. Everyone makes mistakes. If a mistake in judgment resulted in your DUI arrest, make sure you have an experienced attorney on your side who is prepared to fight for the best result possible.

Theft: Whether you are facing misdemeanor or felony theft-related charges, our criminal defense attorney is prepared to aggressively fight to protect your constitutional rights. We can help, whether you have been caught shoplifting or have been arrested for burglary or armed robbery.

Traffic Offenses: Traffic tickets should not be ignored. Too many traffic tickets could result in increased insurance rates or even a suspended license. We challenge speeding tickets and other traffic tickets involving reckless driving, driving under suspension, and more.

White Collar Crimes: Business professionals convicted of white collar crime face serious criminal and professional consequences. We handle all white collar crime cases, including those involving embezzlement, accounting fraud, bank fraud, computer fraud, conspiracy, corporate fraud, mail fraud/wire fraud, money laundering, marketing fraud, and public deception.

Juvenile Crimes: Youthful offenders have so much at stake. We pursue sentencing alternatives that emphasize rehabilitation to penalties that focus on punishment. We represent juveniles in cases that involve shoplifting, drug possession, underage drinking, assault, weapons, and other misdemeanors or felonies.

At The Law Office of Micah C. Ketron, we believe it is important to present our clients with all of their options before we choose a strategy for handling a case. Whether the best decision is to negotiate a favorable plea agreement, or to go to trial, we thoroughly review the facts of your case before adopting the direction that best suits your situation. Your interests are our top priority at all times. Additionally, if your case resolves unfavorably at trial, we can carefully examine the trial transcript and determine if there are grounds for criminal appeal.
