• Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Rosemead Graduate School of Psychology in California in 1986
• J.D. from Nashville School of Law 1999
• Rule 31 Mediator (General and Civil) since 2002

Experience

• Private practice in Clinical Psychology
  • Focus on custody evaluations and divorce issues
  • Expert witness in disability cases
• Active for many years in consulting with business and government
• Taught psychology/statistics courses at Tennessee State University
• Teaches Law and Ethics to graduate students at Vanderbilt’s Human Development and Counseling program since 2001 to present
• Law practice in Williamson and Davidson Counties
• Legislative Liasion for the Tennessee Psychological Association 2016 to present
• Federal Advocacy Coordinator for the Tennessee Psychological Association 2016 to present
