Susan Coleman’s practice is focused on multi-state office, retail, industrial, and flex leasing transactions; construction and permanent lending transactions secured by real estate; and the purchase and sale of commercial real property.

She also assists owners, developers, buyers, and sellers with conventional land assembly and disposition, redevelopment, leasing, construction, and management issues for developments such as offices, corporate campuses, retail centers, and mixed-use projects.

In addition, she has significant expertise in representing developers in equity and debt transactions.
