Chad M. Ross Attorney

Chad is a 2000 graduate of Volunteer State Community College as well as a 2002 graduate of Western Kentucky University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After college, Chad pursued his passion for the law by attending The University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and obtaining his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2005 with honors.

In law school, Chad served as a Student Ambassador and counselor to incoming students. He was a member of the University of Memphis Law Review and received recognition through the publication of Probate—Taylor v. Holt: The Tennessee Court of Appeals Allows a Computer Generated Signature to Validate a Testamentary Will, 35 MEM. L. REV. 603 (2005).

After law school, Chad served as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Tennessee ensuring and protecting the due process rights of Tennesseans. In 2006, Chad joined a downtown Nashville law firm as an Associate Attorney. It was during this time that he developed his legal career and began the pursuit of protecting the legal rights of all of us. His work in civil ligation and criminal defense is driven by his commitment to provide legal representation that you can count on.
