Introduction

I am attorney Alan Fister, and I have been proudly serving the legal needs of businesses and individuals for more than 30 years. I am the owner and founder of Alan T. Fister, Law Offices of Brentwood, which is located in Brentwood on the border between Davidson and Williamson counties.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, with honors. I obtained my Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt Law School. I have passed the Georgia bar exam and Tennessee bar exam, and I have been admitted to practice in federal and state courts in both states. I have voluntarily retired my Georgia license as my practice is now almost exclusively in Tennessee. I have been a member of the Tennessee Bar since 1984.
